Arena 330 Shipper™

Assembly and Filling Instructions for
Fitted Fan-Fold Cassette Bag

To begin, remove the cover by pulling out on the indentations found on the 48 inch side of the cover. Once the cover is removed, simply unfold the two 48 inch sidewalls, followed by the 45 inch sidewalls. The walls will interlock in the corners and the latch should snap in place (see blow-up illustration).

(Optional) If you are using a woven liner make sure the cut out for the bottom drain is aligned with the port on the Arena 330 Shipper™. Drape the flaps over the side of the container. If necessary, use a stick to square the woven liner on the floor of the container. If you are using the corrugated or plastic sheet liner, install as shown below.

Woven Liner Corregated or Plastic Sheet Liner

Remove a fitted fan-fold cassette bag from its shipping box and unfold (A). Attach the bottom drain locator tool to the liquid liner bag (B). Position the spanner bar on the assembled Arena 330 Shipper on the 48 inch side walls (C).

Hold up the top fitting of the cassette bag (D) and lower the bag into the Arena 330 Shipper with the bottom drain locator tool aligned with the port on the 48 inch side of the container. Lock the top fitting in pace with the De-staco clamp on the spanner bar (E). Once the bottom fitting has been locked into place, the cap on the top fitting may be removed for filling using a lance filler, filling nozzle, or other suitable vented fill method.

Important!
DO NOT REMOVE THE LIQUID BAG FROM THE CORRUGATED SHEET!
Simply lay the bag on the bottom of the container, making sure to align the bottom drain with the port on the container. THERE IS NO NEED TO MANIPULATE THE BAG ONCE IT HAS BEGUN TO FILL. IT WILL UNFOLD AUTOMATICALLY.

Locate the bottom fitting by pulling the strap through the port on the Arena 330 Shipper.

To lock the fitting into place, slide the clip down. Remove the bottom drain locator tool. You may now begin to fill.

Once the bag has filled, removed the hose and adapter and replace the fill fitting cap on the bag. [If you're using a woven liner, fold the flaps in.] Place the cover on the container.

Pull down the latches (as indicated by the illustration) to lock the cover in place. There are two latches on each side of the container>

Band the cover onto the Arena 330 Shipper by placing a band over each of the latches on the 48 inch side of the container. (Do not put vertical bands around the 45 inch sides of the container.) The container is now ready to be shipped.
