Choose the services which most complement your operation. We offer monthly rentals, container logistics management, cleaning, maintenance and liner disposal-all as options that you can select. In total, you get a complete system that saves time, labor and disposal costs in transporting all types of non-hazardous bulk liquids and solids.

Rental Options

1. Term Rental

A monthly rental option. Pricing is based on rental term from month to month to 1 year or longer contracts. Arena Fleet Services assumes responsibility for all normal wear and tear and pricing remains fixed for the term of the contract.

• Normal maintenance is covered
• Customer can cost effectively manage seasonal volume changes or manufacturing volume changes due to contracts
• Lowest cost rental pricing of any 330 gallon bag in box style IBC

2. Trip Lease

Container rental on a per-use basis with bundled services providing the customer with one low price per trip, which includes the following:

• Container asset charge
• Replacement liquid liner bag
• Return freight to filling location
• Container logistics management
• Cleaning, inspection and repair as necessary (option)

Customer simply contacts Arena Fleet Services via fax, e-mail or EDS when a shipment leaves the customer's site with quantity of containers and destination. AFS will track the shipment, monitor the availability of empties and schedule returns to the fill site.

• One all-inclusive price is easy to manage
• Operationally, the trip lease lets the customer participate in and realize the benefits of a returnable container system with no more effort than a disposable one-way system

Options

1. Container logistics management

• Customer can use the logistics option for containers they own or rent. This option is included with the trip lease.
• When AFS manages the fleet, all the work associated with container tracking, overall fleet movement and return to customer is managed by AFS. Billing is done on a per-trip basis.
• Return freight can be paid by AFS and billed. We get attractive freight fares based on the volume of totes we move.
• We can also set up third party freight billing if it is more convenient.

2. Container cleaning and maintenance

We can set up a program for customers who own, rent or trip lease containers. After the container is empty, it is automatically routed to a regional service facility where containers are inspected for damage, cleaned, and repaired as required, and then routed back to the fill site to be reused.
